Zout, is the Dutch word for salt. The Soutpansberg mountain range itself was once known as the Zoutpansberg, a nod to the salt pans that lie at its heart. It’s a place shaped by time, minerals, and tradition and it’s where our story begins.

NaCl is the scientific symbol for sodium chloride. It represents the purity of what we work with. No additives. No fillers. Just salt in its elemental form, refined through careful craftsmanship.
